By accessing or using CivicIssue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.

You must meet the following requirements to use CivicIssue:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law
• Comply with all local laws regarding civic reporting

Prohibited Activities

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent issue reports
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Posting defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Using automated tools to scrape or access the platform
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to CivicIssue. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

Platform Content

All content provided by CivicIssue, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Prolonged inactivity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

CivicIssue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We Do Not Guarantee:

• That the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content
• That government authorities will respond to reported issues
• That issues will be resolved in any specific timeframe
• The security of data transmitted through the platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CivicIssue and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruption or unavailability
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Third-party conduct or content on the platform
• Any other matter relating to the platform

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to use the platform in the past six months, or ₹1000, whichever is greater.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
